Our website lets you contact Beyond The Clouds about servicing, repacking, training and other services. Sending an enquiry through the website does not create a booking or an obligation to pay.

We’ll discuss what you need and confirm the relevant service, price or pricing basis, timing and payment arrangements before a booking is agreed.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the Contact form is an enquiry only. A service contract is formed when you and Beyond The Clouds agree that we will provide the service, including the relevant scope and booking arrangements.

Depending on the service, this may be confirmed by email, telephone or another agreed method.

Information we give you about the service, including an agreed price, scope or timing, forms part of our agreement unless we subsequently agree a change with you.

Prices and additional work

Where possible, we’ll confirm the price of the service before work begins. Some servicing work may require an initial inspection before the full extent of the work or any replacement parts can be identified.

If we find that additional work, parts or materials are required beyond what has already been agreed, we’ll contact you for approval before carrying out work that would materially increase the agreed price, unless that work or cost has already been authorised by you.

Any applicable delivery, collection or other charges will be explained before you are committed to them.

Equipment left with us

If you send or leave equipment with Beyond The Clouds for servicing, inspection or repacking, please make sure we have accurate contact details for you.

We’ll take reasonable care of equipment while it is in our possession.

Any turnaround time we give is an estimate unless we specifically agree a particular completion date. Where no specific time has been agreed, services remain subject to your statutory right for them to be performed within a reasonable time.

Cancellation rights for services

If you enter into a qualifying service contract with us at a distance — for example, by email or telephone without visiting us — you will generally have 14 days from the day the contract is entered into to cancel without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel the service. You do not have to use any particular wording.

These statutory cancellation rights do not apply in every circumstance. We’ll tell you where a particular booking is subject to a different legal treatment.

Starting work during the cancellation period

You may want us to begin servicing, inspection or other work before the 14-day cancellation period has ended.

Where this applies, we may ask you to expressly confirm that you want work to begin during the cancellation period.

If you make that request and later cancel after work has begun, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the work already carried out.

If the service has been fully completed during the cancellation period following your express request, and you acknowledged that your cancellation right would be lost once the service was fully performed, your statutory right to cancel that service ends when the work is completed.

We will obtain any confirmation required before starting work early.

Replacement parts and materials

Some servicing or repair work may require replacement parts or materials.

Where these are not already included in the service you agreed, we’ll normally obtain your approval before supplying or fitting them.

Parts and other goods supplied as part of our work remain subject to your applicable statutory consumer rights.

Training and coaching bookings

Training and coaching may be arranged for a particular date or period.

Some services connected with leisure activities that are booked for a specific date or period may be excluded from the normal statutory 14-day cancellation right.

Where this applies, we’ll make the relevant cancellation or rescheduling arrangements clear when your training or coaching booking is confirmed.

If weather, safety considerations or other circumstances mean that Beyond The Clouds needs to change a training or coaching date, we’ll contact you to arrange the appropriate next step.

Your statutory rights

Services supplied by Beyond The Clouds must be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

Information that we give you about a service and that you rely on when entering into the contract can also become part of the contract, and agreed information cannot simply be changed without your agreement.

Nothing on this page limits your statutory consumer rights.

If you believe a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, or there is another problem with work we have carried out, please contact us so that we can resolve it appropriately.
